Dining Services and Facilities Management Assessments

Meredith College (Raleigh, NC) Retained Support Service Group, LLC to assess its dining services and facilities management contracts.  Meredith, one of the premier women's liberal arts colleges in the country, has used the same contract management company for dining and facilities management for a number of years.  SSG was retained to evaluate the contracts and financial arrangements of both services.  The goal was to maximize the synergies of using one provider for both services.  The process was started spring 2014 and was completed, on time and on budget, early Fall 2014.
