Our Approach:

Every SSG project is led by one of the Principals, and often both are directly involved.  This is the most efficient way to insure successful outcomes.  David and Owen are the only full time employees of Support Service Group, LLC.  Thus, our Clients only pay for active participants, directly working on their project...there is no costly overhead for staff not directly working on a specific Client project.

Usually, projects are satifactorily completed from beginning to end by the Principals alone, with no need for other technical expertise.  However, some projects do require specific and more technical support in key areas.  SSG utilizes per diem experts, when needed, for these specific areas.  In the past, SSG has used per diem experts to assist in project completion in these areas: marketing, survey development, operational support (food and facilities), energy management, athletic field turf management, and bookstore operations.  Our extensive network provides access to industry experts to assist the Principals in specific areas, available on a per diem basis, when needed.  Thus, our Clients only pay for the specific technical expertise needed to successfully complete their project and then, only for the time spent directly working on their project.
