Dining Services Assessment and RFP
The University of Maryland Baltimore County conducted a nationwide search early in 2007 for a consulting firm to assist them in assessing their campus dining services. SSG was retained to conduct extensive marketing research, including a detailed web based student satisfaction survey.
The resulting assessment and recommendations were built into the State of Maryland standard procurement RFP format and the RFP was published electronically December 2007. SSG will be assisting UMBC throughout the RFP process during the spring of 2008.
