Owen B. Pruden, President, has been a leader in the contract management/outsourcing industry for over 25 years. Owen’s career includes expertise in sales and marketing, process management, and contract development for the healthcare and education markets. Owen has held executive positions with both a regional outsourcing firm and the leading contract management firm in North America. Prior to founding Support Service Group, LLC, Owen was responsible for the corporate development of a start up firm established as a joint venture between a leading international consulting firm and a top three international engineering firm.

Owen received his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Kentucky and completed graduate studies in business at Mississippi College.

John J. Kent, Senior Consultant – Healthcare, has over 20 years of experience in the contract management industry. Most recently, John was Area Director of Finance for a $100M healthcare region, which included contract management of dietary, environmental, and plant operations services.

John’s has extensive financial management experience with large and small healthcare clients including: Mayo Clinic, University of Chicago Hospitals, and the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System.

John has a BA in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University and a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University. He has also completed graduate studies in business at Kennesaw State University.

John Iacunato, Senior Consultant, has over 25 years experience in the contract management industry. Most recently, John was Senior Operating Vice President for Sodexho Campus Services in the Mid-Atlantic. John was responsible for implementing some of the most innovative resident dining programs in the country at institutions such as George Washington University, Lehigh University, and Franklin & Marshall College.

Prior to joining Sodexho, John was Vice President of Operations for the Wood Company, nationally known as the innovator in resident dining programs in the college and university segment.

John started his career with Aramark in campus dining operations and quickly rose through the ranks to multi-unit responsibility. John completed his college studies in business at Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
